Our products are hand-embroidered and made in small batches. As a result, slight variations in colour, pattern and finish are natural and are not defects.
We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but actual appearance may vary depending on your screen.
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

5. Orders

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. A contract is formed only once we confirm dispatch of your order. We may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors, and will refund any amount already paid.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship across India. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are indicative, not guaranteed.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns, exchanges and refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Certain items (such as personalised or sale items) may not be eligible for return. Any such exclusions will be noted on the product page.

All content on the Site — including designs, images, text, logos and graphics — is the property of Hues & Spaces and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.
